I have been drinking core water for over a year and it has helped improve my performance in many ways. My doctor was surprised I drank core water as he said it was what he recommended to all of his athlete patience for its benefits. Buy it!

I have purchased the 30.4 FL bottles several times to give it a chance. Two bottles at a time and have been very disappointed with the taste. If there are electrolytes/minerals I could not tell it.

This water is amazing..everytime I drink it I instantly feel replenished. I wish I found it earlier. It might cost a little extra but the benefits of drinking it are well worth it.
