[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this water. put it in the fridge (I like my water super cold) was refreshing, no weird after tastes. love the bottle too. the opening wasn't too big or too small, was just perfect. also loved that the lid wasn't one of those super tiny ones that are often hard to get off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a good tasting water. But as far as “hydrating” me, I honestly couldn’t tell worth having only 1 bottle of water to try. I think they should have/could have sent a 6 pack so that we could gauge how we felt after intake. I’m grateful for the bottle I received. Now I know that it taste good to have as a alternative if my regular waters aren’t available.

Core Hydration water is perfectly balanced pH purified water with electrolytes and minerals for taste. Since most people have an acidic diet, this water with a pH of 7.4 helps bring the body’s pH level back to a more alkaline state. This bottle is made from 100% recycled plastic and BPA free. The bottle design is superior to other bottles of water because it is sturdy, easy to grip, with a nice large screw on lid that can also be used as a cup. One bottle contains 30.4 ounces of water, which is a good amount towards your daily water intake. They are great if you are traveling and need a bottle of water (and plan on recycling it). This water doesn’t have any strange taste, it tastes clean, crisp, and refreshing as water should be. The 7 stage purification process and added electrolytes and minerals makes for great tasting water. When I have blood tests done, one of the tests is alkaline phosphatase. My lab states that a normal range for the body is between 44 and 121 IU/L. My result is usually on the lower end of the range and the last reading was 57 IU/L. Drinking alkaline water will help me increase this level to better my health. Although this bottle is recyclable, I prefer to use my refillable water bottles because they are more sustainable for the environment. I don’t think people should be encouraged to use plastic water bottles. I have seen many people toss a plastic water bottle on the ground after finishing it. Home water ionizers that produce alkaline ionized water are made to be able to travel with as they are considered medical devices. Ionized water made through electrolysis is a healthier and more sustainable long term solution to producing alkaline water. I removed a star because it had a sweet aftertaste to me, like sugar water? It wasn’t overpowering, but I wasn’t a fan of that. It did keep me hydrated on my 15 mile bike ride.
