Ordered three of these units and two came perfect and the third came with 10 small drawer faces instead of 9 small drawer faces and 1 larger one. I have contacted the Seville directly as I don't want to return the whole unit and put another one back together again... we will see if it is taken care of or not... as of yet I still am missing the larger ss drawer faceplate.

I bought and assembled this workbench last week. It took me about 7 hours to complete the assembly by myself. I am presently surprised with the quality. Out of the approximately 300 screws I only had trouble aligning 2. The instructions are simple and all parts are numbered for clarity. They even provided a magnetic screwdriver that was a big help with the small screw heads. Aligning the gap between drawers is provided with slotted holes. The bench/toolbox is sturdy and the wheels are the right size for ease of movement. The worktop is solid wood and itself weighs almost 60 pounds. All pieces were styrofoam protected and nothing was damaged. If you buy this product I think you will be happy. I know I am.

Took some time to put together but really is a great tool box for the price. It took me about 3 1/2 hours to unbox and assemble. It was quite easy to do by myself, just needed a little help flipping it over after installing the casters. The metal is not the thickest out there but it definitely does the job.

I love the work bench! It wasn’t hard to put together and I didn’t have an issue with the directions. I use it every day in my garage. I would give it 5 stars but when I picked it up from Sam’s Club 2 employees helped put it in my car and they broke a piece off in the back of my new car. I know it was an accident and there is nothing to do about it. Just be careful when you haul it home. It is really heavy.

Second one I've bought and unlike the first one, this one had a laminated top! Have emailed company ( Daisy hasn't a clue!) she doesn't understand what I'm talking about! SMH! The 2 pictures are of the new and old one I've bought Like these, but not the new top!

Looks great and wasn’t awful to put together. However within a year the drawers stopped closing and opening freely, they all jam and stick and sometimes need slammed to close. Really a letdown, I’d love to return it and spend a bit more for a quality cabinet. Maybe Seville can tell me what to do?

Pro: massive hardwood top ballbearing drawers large solid wheels lots of drawers pegboard ends Con: Took 3 hours to assemble solo Very thin metal, expect it to arrive with a few dings especially the back panel "shelf" has no center support so don't put much weight in the middle of it. Its not Craftsman quality, but its not Craftsman price Tips: Flip boxes over to open - they are split down the middle When assembling shelves, tighten all screws before attaching to slide - instructions imply to not tighten all screws until its fully installed but you can't reach the back screws when its installed. Have a rubber hammer to "adjust" handles into place without marring the matte finish.

Nice Size. It has a nice height. The included wheels and handles are a plus. The drawers are deep enough for tools and fully extend. The drawers are smooth and of good quality. If you have a chance, take a look at the display at the store to make sure it serves your intended purpose. I like it. If you have large hands, be careful and take your time with the side panels. Putting the screws in didn't provide much room for my hands against the ventilation holes on the side. (Not as bad as a cheese grater, but it did remind me of one.) The instructions at the end points out the use of one sized screw for the drawers but there are only enough screws if you use another screw with a larger head size. (maybe I missed something.) The only flaw was the back panel. there are three metal sheets welded to the back and the center panel had a minor undulation like the person doing the welding couldn't get it to fit. There was no damage to the packaging, so this one flaw, I suspect, was done back at the factory. When putting it together, most of the structure is put together upside down, then the whole unit is flipped over in order to finish putting it together. this is a nice size unit and it has some weight. I was able to flip it, but it would have been better if I asked someone for some help, for safety. Even though I think I'm strong, you don't want this to slip on the cardboard or plastic on the floor. Also make sure the wheels are locked before flipping. You don't want anything getting away from you. Take your time and play safe.

This is absolute JUNK! I am normally very satisfied with everything I purchase from Sam's or Costco and that is why I am so loyal to them but I am embarrassed for Sam's for carrying this tool bench. The wood top is very nice and the castors are very heavy duty but everything in between is sooooo cheap! I would have been better off purchasing the 2-pack of foil and crafting my own bench! The metal is so thin that basically every panel and drawer front was dented out of the box and the large drawer is too small by 3/4" all the way around. This I can't understand because it's the only drawer that size so how could it be that far off??!! I would return this in a second if it wasn't at my cabin 2 hours away but the top makes it very heavy and too much to mess around with so I will wait until it just falls apart (which won't be long) and bring it to the dump. Don't purchase any of this Seville junk! You will be terribly dissatisfied!!
