Dented all to heck. I have purchased this item before, about 5 years ago. Both were dented and bent badly. The last one, I received some replacement parts, but how do you dispose of the broken pieces? They are 6 feet long and need a dumpster. Worse yet is that there is only one option to fix, and that is to call the company. They DO ship out the parts with only a request for a pic of the bent piece. So they are pretty good. But it takes 2-3 weeks to receive. Otherwise, the unit is fine. Well-engineered, and sturdy. Drawers are sticky for a while, but they are designed this way since the item can be rolled. Over time, they loosen up perfectly.

This is a beautiful workbench! The product is very well engineered with excellent instructions. Here are few things to keep in mind. (1) The product extremely well packaged and you will certainly fill a large garbage container with all the cardboard, plastic wrapping and styrofoam. (2) it takes two people to assemble the product quickly and appropriately. (3) you must be very careful to insure the screws are properly started to avoid cross threading. We found that using the supplied hand held screw driver to start the screws and following up with the electric screw gun was the best approach.(4) start all screws for each assembly first and after all screws are in place then go back and tighten them down with the electric screw gun. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't include a magnetic catch for the active door. The only way to keep the door closed is to lock it. Otherwise this is a terrific product well worth the money.

I Love it. This gave me more organization in my kitchen with my Dishes, pots & pans, silverwares,Tea's,honey and all instructions booklets for all my kitchen appliances. Big Knives lined up, Big forks together, Big Spoons together, all my bowl containers with the lids, all my pots,skillets,& cooking items together with all the lids/tops. I no longer have to search for lids to match anything again.

This is definitely a 5 star product, but due to the fact that it took 7 hours to put together, I’m giving it four stars. It’d be great if it came pre assembled! It’s high quality, sturdy, and easy to roll around for multiple uses! I recommend this, but suggest you prepare to spend a large chunk of time putting it together!

I dint give 5 stars because its the best of the best. The solid build and size is great. The drawers and shelves are perfectly sized for my needs. Its the total item value to the cost that well exceeds my expectations. Compared to other bug store tool chests at 2x's the cost dont compare.

Great addition to my garage! The instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to put together. Took approximately 2 hours. Quality seems very good and it looks impressive. Would recommend and already planning my next purchase of a Seville Classics storage piece.

Packaged nicely, no missing parts. Instructions are good, parts well labeled. Every piece lined up perfectly for assembly. Comes with a magnetized screwdriver making the job easy. I used a 1/2 " socket instead of supplied wrench. I also used medium threadlocker (not supplied) on all threads.The wood top is so nicely finished I almost felt uneasy starting to use it. Rolls nicely and looks great, very happy with this unit.

This workbench is perfect! Yes, actually perfect. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and well labeled parts. It has lots of space and good sized drawers. W can see how it would be great for a kitchen island, but we use it for tools. We have more than enough room to store everything we need. The cupboard is perfect for a stereo we use while in the garage. We needed a power strip inside for the stereo components and the battery chargers for our power tools. We simply snipped from one pegboard hole to another to make an opening and lined it with plastic. It worked perfectly. The drawer liners are a great added touch and saved us from having to buy them separately. The drawers also have small openings along the edges from where it was perforated for assembly that allow dust, etc to be easily cleaned out when necessary. We compared prices and found Sam's had the best price, too. We ordered online and picked up at a local store without any problems. The hardest part was getting the boxes into the car. Sam's didn't offer any help loading the car. :( That is no reflection on the product, so 5 stars!

A good valued bench for the mechanically inclined. This bench requires COMPLETE assembly, about a 3-4 hour project, this includes forming the drawers, out of flat sheets of metal. It may also require two people to lift & move the bench during the assembly process. Excellant instructions (read them carefully) and good quality (keeper) tools included. Because the entire bench is held together with small machine screws the bench is NOT Heavy-Duty, the drawers have slits/holes along the bottom edges from the folding/forming process, the dimples on the side are actually holes (think:cheesegrater) so care must be taken when tightening the side screws...a person with small hands may be useful for much of the bench base assembly. This may be the best "Bench-in-a-Box" on the market, as if it were any bigger, heavier or complex the general public just couldn't move or assemble it.

This purchase makes the 6th piece I bought from Seville. Their instructions are standardized and very straight forward for all of their products, so when you buy different sized cabinets from them you are already familiar with how they assemble. They mark every piece with arrows to help with proper alignment ( front/back/left/right), mark every bag with numbers for the nuts, and even include the screwdriver. I now have 4 HD ultra cabinets, this workbench and a little table cabinet. AS you build it, you can see the clever engineering that adds strength as you go. Fit and finish was perfect. Boxing was perfect. The delivery guy was literally dragging it up to my house over the concrete and no damage inside.I've never had such a good experience with build it yourself furniture than this company. I'd give it 6 stars if i could.
