These tires are awesome wet and dry grips beyond any other tire i've tried very quiet ride and instalation was a breeze the Marietta sam techs had me in and out within 35 to 40 minutes im so happy with this purchase i would definitely recommend these tires

I purchased 4 of these Pirelli Scorpion All Season Plus 3 All Season 265/50R20 111V XL SUV/Crossover Tires for my 2004 Infinity FX45 a couple of months ago. I had no complaints about my old tires, but these tires turned out to be fantastic. I live in Seattle, and the tires have proved to be great on wet pavement, and today I put the car to the test on slushy/snow covered steep hills in Seattle, and they were great. Very Impressed and would highly recommend. I have had the car since it was new so I have at least 3 different sets of tires on the car, and these may turn out to be the best yet. I rarely provide feedback, but I know how hard tire selection can be, and these so far have proven to be great tires.

I've had the tires a few weeks and the drive is smooth. No issues with the tires but the service tech left A LOT to be desired in the customer service area. I was left waiting an hour past when my truck was finished with no notification and had to go back to the desk to ask for an update which made me late returning to work. Then once the service tech came to the desk he couldn't find my keys then found them on the desk with a piece of paper covering them. So since no one stays at the desk anyone could have easily taken my keys and stolen my vehicle. Then when I pointed out the time of completion on the receipt as 11:58 and it's now 12:50 he says that's just what printed out and we just finished 10 minutes ago. Then says, I can go get the tablet and show you but I'm not going to argue with you as he throws his hands up and walks away with a smirk on his face. It's amazing how the email from Sam's also states 11:58 as the time it was sent and completed. Very rude and disrespectful employee that needs additional training or shown the door.
