[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel much better taking this Qunol 100mg CoQ10 supplement than any other brands 200mg supplement. There is an obvious difference!

I was unaware that this product had a huge amount of the synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol) which is the type studied when vitamin E was determined to be bad to take, rather than d-alpha or full spectrum E. This makes the product unusable.

I have high cholesterol but stating drugs make me ache. My doctor told me to start taking CoQ10 but only the soluble kind. After just 3 months ( recheck blood work) my good cholesterol is higher and my ratio has improved. Win for me!!!
