I have been taking these for years, The ubiquinal is the easiest to digest and it is recommended for all who take stations to keep the heart muscles healthy. I found qunol to be the best of the CoQ10 that I have looked at.

I have high cholesterol but stating drugs make me ache. My doctor told me to start taking CoQ10 but only the soluble kind. After just 3 months ( recheck blood work) my good cholesterol is higher and my ratio has improved. Win for me!!!
