I had been taking this supplement for years before I was diagnosed with a-fib caused by hypertension and this is the only supplement my doctor permitted me to continue taking. I still have a-fib because it's not curable, but I feel that Qunol if CoQ10 was not good for me in some capacity, my physician definitely would not have let me continue taking it. If my doctor trusts it, then I sure do.
