My Doctor told me to take COQ10. He did not specify brand. Upon my research I found Qunol. COQ10 and tried them. I just received my third bottle today. I would not use any other brand. They appear to be working according to my Doctor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of the excellent absorption, I am able to use fewer Mg's (400 per day rather than 800 that was suggested by my doctor). The size of each capsule is rather large, but fairly easy to swallow.
