No after taste in your mouth. The benefits out weigh taking a large pill. If you care about your heart and want to protect it as long as you can; what better way to start your morning if not by loving your heart.. Give your heart the nutrient it needs to be heartier. It dissolves quickly in your system. You'll see the results within days of taking this fabulous pill. There are a lot of products in the market that claim to have the same benefits. I was seriously ill about 10 years ago and I went to a doctor. Tests were run, treatment was recommended. My cholesterol was a little high but that was a fairly minor thing. My doctor urged me to take CQ10. She told me not to go crazy and start taking a bunch of vitamins, just the CQ10. I did that and I have been taking it for 10 years. I have always been reasonably healthy, have pretty good diet and activity habits. As I approached 70 years old, I had to be more aware of my well being. I take my CQ10 and only one prescription for bone density. I still get very good medical reports. Good energy, blood pressure and heart health. I'm the only one taking CQ10 in my same aged family and friends and I'm doing better than all of them. They got old and most of them aren't 70 yet. Winning! I choose this CQ10 because it is coffee, umm, water soluble and my research indicated that this is the best choice. I think Ultra CQ10 makes an important difference in my health. I sleep well, have a healthy appitite and I am a caregiver for husband with Alzheimer's, which is exhausting. I do things most 70 year old women wouldn't dare to do, like going up on the roof to clean gutters, repairing and replacing things in my home, hard things. I take several prescriptions as well as over-the-counter medications. Some are hard to digest and don’t dissolve without drinking large quantities of water. Fortunately Qunol CoQ10 dissolves easily and has proven the best substitute for store brands.

I was suffering from muscle pain and cramps. i have been taking statin medication and it was the cause of muscle pain and cramps. I chose the Qunol brand because I had tried other brands which were cheaper, but they did not work as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking CoQ-10 for several years now from many different suppliers but so far I've not really seen a difference from one brand to another, but when I purchased Qunol Ultra CoQ10 I first noticed the difference in the appearance of the product but just thought to myself; 'Well, this is a premium product so it's gonna look better but there will be no difference other than that". I was wrong thinking it was just a better-looking capsule because ever since I've been taking the Qunol Ultra CoQ10 I've felt better and with a more regular heartbeat, as I'm a sufferer of Atrial Fibrillation.
