Absorption issues obviously can be a problem with supplements and extended release medication. Diabetes guarantees vascular issues so I made a decision several years ago to guard against heart/vascular issues. I am 61 and still have no measurable vascular concerns. Helping to save lives I think!!!!!

She had tried, under doctors orders, many different ones to try and find one that would not cause her problems. Finally, about 6 or 7 years ago, she was given one and the doctor recommended her taking a CoQ10 with her pill. I research and read the reviews regarding recommendations. I bought her first bottle of Qunol Ultra CoQ10. I thought it was a little expensive but her health was most important to me. She has been using it ever since with no adverse cholesterol effect. I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product helps my statin side effects, but I'm frustrated by the bottle seals. You shouldn't need tools to get the product out. Both the over the cap, & the under cap seal have better designs on lesser brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Qunol daily to keep the side effects of statin drugs for cholesterol replenished; specifically my CoQ10 levels. My doctor said CoQ10 is depleted by statin drugs. She recommended Qunol as long as I am on statin drugs.

I started taking CoQ10 when the vet recommended it for our lab who had heart troubles. I figured if it was good enough for her then it was good enough for me. I was taking the store brand, but my brother in law told me about Qunol brand and why it was better. It makes sense when you see the ad. Since it dissolves, it works better because it gets in my system. My blood pressure is good, as is my blood profile. My doc is happy. I try to eat healthy and walk (need to do more) but I believe Qunol has also contributed to my overall good health. Thank you Qunol!

I am 73 now. Doctors are good at pushing drugs but they know nothing about nutrition. Not taught that in med school I guess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As half of my family, I am a cholesterol factory. Nothing I do with diet or exercise reduces my LDL (low-density lipids) significantly -think of fluffy fats. Only a statin ( Crestor for me) can help. BUT since Crestor is a statin (Rouvostatin) it causes a reduction of naturally occurring Coenzyme Q-10 which in turn causes my body to ache (among other issues). Almost immediately (within 2 days) my body stops aching when I get back on Qunol. It is also good for normal aging as CoQ-10 naturally depletes with aging, which causes energy loss. I'm a very active 67, go to the gym or work out regularly and I don't want to lose that edge.
