I can't honestly evaluate it's effects, but my general health has been good so I continue to use it.

I began to think I was really feeling the effects of my high cholesterol because I was sleepy all the time. Then a nurse suggested I take Co q-10 when on a statin. And sure enough, within several days I was no longer waking up tired in the morning. What a difference!

Many years ago, I was diagnosed with, and hospitalized with Arrythmia (rapid heart beats). I was told it was stress & caffeine. More recently, when checked out again, the tests were negative. However, for many years, I still felt (at times) a racing heart beat. The other COQ 10 brands didn't seem to make a difference; I feel as though Qunol may be different & with no signs of rapid beats.
