Capsules are HUGE. If you have any difficulty swallowing these are not for you.

They're hard to swallow because they're so big

Just started taking them and feel they work well. The downside is the size of the capsule! Really large and not for the faint of heart!

This brand of CoQ10 has terrible ingredients, like Polysorbate 80, Sorbitol, Palm oil, Soy lecithin. I will be purchasing from a different brand

This is what my Dr suggested. Unlike most he will spend the extra 30 seconds despite cutting into his billing!

I'm surprised that people who care about their health, would spend money like this on junk ingredients.
