Most important of the supplements I take. I take a statin to reduce cholesterol and find this a necessary part of my health regimen. The softgels are easy to swallow.

Started taking this when I was put on Statins. Blood work looking good and mentioned to my doctor I was taking QUNOL CoQ10. Also, told him I wished he had mentioned as an avenue I could explore.
