My doctor advised me to get on a CoQ10 pill to help with energy, and so I started taking a non-solubulized CoQ10 product. I took that for about a year, and noticed no help with my symptoms of extreme fatigue. Then I did some research and switched to Qunol about a year ago. I have noticed a little bit more energy on a daily basis since switching, and every little bit of energy is worthwhile and precious. I think it will always be an important part of my daily medicine regimen.
