[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Cardiologist recommended Qunol CoQ10 for leg and feet cramps caused by Statin drugs. When I started taking CoQ10 I could hardly walk by the end of the day and was in a lot of pain. Within the first few doses I could tell a big difference. Now I take one in the morning and one at bedtime and hardly ever experience pain - unless I miss doses and then I can definitely tell. I strongly recommend this product. It has improved my life greatly to the better.

Having had a stent implanted earlier this year makes it even more important to keep taking this product. I am also convinced, that taking one capsule each day in the morning does result in me having more energy during the work day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to my age and the fact that I've been vegetarian for 50+ years, my physician was concerned that I was not getting enough of the nutrients and vitamins needed due to my diet. At first she suggested a fish oil suplement. I complained about the taste and not receiving the amount of energy I needed. She suggested that I try Qunol. Wow! what a difference. Not only was there no fishy taste, I gained more energy to keep up with my grand kids and I just feel much better. During my annual exam, my vitals had improved sooo much. Thanks Qunol. After reading about that, I chose Qunol due to the better absorption than regular CoQ10 tablets or capsules. I find these are easy to take, especially since it's only one capsule a day.
