[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 77 yrs old and have been using Qunol for quite a while. No problem has arisen. My reason for taking it is for insurance against cardiac problems. My Father died at age 50 of a heart attack. The capsule is large, but very easy to swallow.

I take this product and L-Carnitine - I make sure that I am never out of my Qunol. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to my age and the fact that I've been vegetarian for 50+ years, my physician was concerned that I was not getting enough of the nutrients and vitamins needed due to my diet. At first she suggested a fish oil suplement. I complained about the taste and not receiving the amount of energy I needed. She suggested that I try Qunol. Wow! what a difference. Its easily digrstable, doesnt cause stomach upset and regulates my blood pressure and cholesterol. I'm 55 years old and this product has been very beneficial to my health. IfvI don't eat enough raw nuts, fruits and veggies, I take 1 capsule a day. My doctor said this product is not a harmful vitamin supplement and is a contributing factor to healthy blood and cholesterol.
