Its Superior absorbability means that 100 mg of Qunol C oQ10 is ewquivalent to 300 mg of Brand-X CoQ10. The Brand-X is NOT soluable in water, and therefore is not as effectie as Qunol. It may cost slightly more (per pill) but it is 3X as effective and therefore is very cost effective!

With just a short usage, my nails regained their natural look, healthy and strong. Hair stopped falling out. I had the sun on the front and the moon on the back of my head. Losing hair. It seems to make it easier for me to take my medication because, in the past, I have had trouble with statin medications. I also love that CoQ10 is water and fat soluble. My blood pressure was high and I was taking statins for it. I started a CoQ10 regime and my statin lowered from 20 mg daily to 5 mgs. The only reason I take the 5 mg is because I am diabetic and my doctor wants to protect my kidneys. I just noticed that you have Turmeric as well so I will start that too.
