Our doctors recommended we take CO Q 10 and we decided to take Qunol because of its high level of absorbency and the ease of swallowing the capsules. I started weaning off the 2 meds and taking at least 100 mg daily of COQ-10. I was having dropped heart beats and since taking the product of Qunol every day have experienced no dropped beats. I look at it as an enzyme which we begin to lose early on in life that nourishes our muscles. There is no bigger, important muscle than our hearts. I suffer from varicose veins (worse in my right leg) and this has made my legs feel much better. Since I began using it, my legs have felt really good. While the varicose veins are still there, they do not bulge like they used to and I have not had any of the heaviness in my legs like I had before, even during the heat of the summer. For that reason alone, I will continue to use this product.
