Started taking this supplement about 25 days ago. Also implemented a better diet and walking every night for a minimum of 1.5 miles.....(plan to increase the distance as my body is ready). These softgels do not leave any after taste at all. I take mine everyday at lunch and have been consistent in doing so. I can honestly say that with everything I have mentioned above, I am feeling better and have much more energy. I think my cholesterol is probably better, haven't had a chance to request new labs yet......but I do 100% know for a fact that my blood pressure has been lower. Woohoo! Not going to let this thing called "Aging" get ahold of me anytime soon! (I am mid 50's and plan to be around for some grand babies to grow up!!!) My father-in-law's physician is the one who recommended him to take Qunol so I figure if that's what a cardiologist is telling his patients, I should pay attention and jump on the band wagon BEFORE I have a need to see a cardiologist!

When I start taking it again, I think why did I let myself run out of this? This time is probably the time that I take it for always!

According to my doctor and my bloodwork it has been very effective in helping to lower my blood pressure. I take red yeast rice and found that I needed to take CoQ10 and so far have not had to go on statin drugs. It is a wonderful product and is bioavailable. Since I have had so much success with it, I am going to begin taking your turmeric product as well.

His blood pressure is great when he goes to the doctor where he always had the "White Coat Syndrome" in the past!

It definitely helps me with my statin medication...prevents leg cramps caused by statin....Also, my energy level is more enduring than when I took another brand of CoQ10. Overall, Qunol is marvelous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of these gel tablets make it very difficult to swallow, especially for the elderly, for whom they are wonderfully prescribed. I purchased two of the 120 containers due to the Walgreen's offer. This is the second time I have purchased, forgetting how large they were, and I wish I could return them, but they are opened. Your advertising is great, but it is a very expensive lesson to have learned twice as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of all the vitamins I currently take my doctor was impressed with me taking Qunol CoQ10 as I am on a satin drug for cholesterol. Qunol CoQ10 will help replenish the CoQ10 that satin drugs tend to deplete.

My brother had done the same thing, and he told me to purchase some Qunol and begin taking it once daily. Within 3 weeks I was doing much better, and had more strength and stamina than I have had in a good while. Now that is saying something in this day and time for one recommended product that does work for health matters.

Now, even though my LDL is still a little high, my HDL is better, which the doctor says over rides the bad cholesterol! She had recommended me taking CoQ10 because taking a cholesterol medication can cause cramping, and she reported that CoQ10 would alleviate the cramping. I have very little cramping and when I do, it's because I don't drink enough water during the day. CoQ10 is easy to take and I take it every day. I continue to use it and believe it has helped me stay healthier. My dosage of cholesterol medication is only 5 mg and I don't have any blood flow problems. I am thankful my doctor recommended me taking this product.
