We are in our late 40s and started taking Qunol about 18 months ago. We both have more energy and feel great. It wasn't an immediate change, took about a month, but we don't ever go a day without our Qunol dose.

When searching for the right product, the absorption was a major concern. The 3X better absorption than many other preparations was important to me. I have been taking statins to lower my cholesterol for years, and Co-Q10 was recommended for me to take every day as long as I am taking statins.

It was suggested that I start using a CoQ10 product after I had a DVT removed and stents placed in my left thigh in 2015. My vascular specialist stated that adding a CoQ10 would help keep my entire cardiovascular system healthy which I needed to begin to consider. Having taken a daily capsule for 2 1/2 years, I have not felt any ill effects, tasted any funny tastes, and have continued to receive excellent reports with each of my follow up appointments with both my regular physician and my vascular specialist. I will continue to purchase and consume Qunol Coq10 products! I'm 70 and notice a definite raise in energy level with coq10. I like being able to find it in gricer type stores and not needing to make a trip to a health food store for a quality supplement.
