Was having joint aches and low energy from mt statin meds. Then I heard about CoQ10. Tried a couple of brands with marginal results. Discoverd Qunol and tried it. Problems finally solved. I would have bought it with the EPA/DHA if it was sourced directly from algae instead of from the fish that ate algae. I also encourage them to step in and take a share of the growing vegan market and get away from gelatin. I am a couple of changes away from recommending them to (almost) all my patients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried coQ10 before, but it was a much cheaper brand, don't be fooled; pay for the quality! It took a little over a week to notice the effect. Around day 8 or 9 I got home from a good bike ride (round 40 miles). A few hours later I noticed I wasnt sore or hurting like I normally did. After about 2 or 3 weeks I was basically pain free!

I feel confident that it is helping me to maintain good heart health given that I take a statin drug for high cholesterol. My only complaint about the product is the large size of the capsules. Smaller would be better.
