[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some studies show that Vitamin E added to CoQ10 inhibits absorption so I'm glad that Qunol has stopped adding the large amount in this product in their newest product.(I hope they phase out use of palm oil in the future as well, for environmental reasons)

I have a perfect diet. Never ingest fatty foods or anything. My cholesterol is high because of genetics. I started on CQ10 right after freaking out with ghost pain in my legs as a secondary effect to Lipitor. I take now Crestor, 5mg, and my CQ10. I may skip my vitamins sometimes but CQ10...NEVER.
