[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Qunol coQ10 as a supplement because I take a prescription statin so my doctor recommended taking a coq10, I chose Qunol after researching coq10s and thought this was the best product. I have never had any problems, the product is always available and at a good price, I have never had any side affects either.

My doctor suggested taking CoQ10 after I complained that I didn't want to take cholesterol medication any longer because of severe aching in all of my joints. I was taking a huge dose of Ibuprofen every day just to try and function, but not to much relief. After taking CoQ10, the aches and pains are gone. I have been taking two a day, and the results are fantastic. I'm a believer!

After about 2-3 weeks I felt an increase in my energy levels and not needing to take my daily afternoon nap. They come in gel caplets, which make them easy to swallow and never caused any stomach upset.
