Since taking Qunol, have more energy and feel less "winded" during physical activity. Qunol is easy on the stomach, and does not give me acid-reflux as many other supplements have in the past. When he learned that I was taking the 3X better absorption Qunol Co Q 10, he prescribed a mild cholesterol medicine and told me to take the Qunol at the same time. IT WORKED!!! I am now able to take cholesterol with very little or no pain, YAY!

I am taking it because of a family history of heart disease but I continue to renew it because of the extra energy I have since beginning it. My first purchase was liquid Qunol but I am now trying the capsule form because it seemed to be more economical. They go down with no problem.

I found that i cannot take statin drugs as I have bad reactions from them. I now take Ezetimibe (10MG), a non-statin cholesterol lowering drug and continue to take Qunal as I have found that w/o taking Qunal, my energy level drops.
