I have taken Qunol daily for several years and noticed a difference in my stamina right away. I may do without some supplements, but not Qunol. The price is about the same as lesser brands I've bought, but is touted to absorb much better than other brands. I will buy this again, especially seeing the price is reasonable and the quality is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product when I was on Atorvastatin for high cholesterol and was advised to use a COQ10 supplement due to the depletion of this substance in the body when using statins. The capsule is easy to swallow and does not seem to have any side effects. I have continued to use this product even after discontinuing statin use. I don't know if this product has improved my health but it is good to have this substance in your system to help your heart.
