When I take it in the morning before work, I have plenty of energy to walk up the hill from the parking lot to the college where I work, and my energy stays high throughout the day. It seems to bring out my body's natural energy rather than adding to it artificially. I have recommended Qunol's Ultra CoQ10 to many people, and I now buy several of the Qunol products because this one so impressed me!

I have been on atovastatin for several years, and my doctor has never mentioned that those medications not only inhibit cholesterol,, but also hinder the body's natural production of CoQ10. After a little research, I realized that whatever benefit I might be getting from the statin was probably being canceled out by the lower levels of CoQ10 in my system, which would not show up on any standard blood tests. I am quite pleased with the addition of Qunol to my daily medications, and have noticed slightly less fatigue after using it for a few weeks. While there are numerous CoQ10 products on the market, I feel that the water and fat solubility of this formulation provides a better value in terms of actually absorbing what you've paid for and getting the full benefit of the supplement.
