[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tiring really easily when I did my swim workout. It wasn't getting out of breath but rather my muscles would just sort of give up! I am a distance masters swimmer, and usually would do the one mile races, no problem, but now, I had trouble even swimming a consecutive 500 yards. I just got bogged down. I am now 68 years old, plus my doctor has me on a statin drug for cholesterol. It made sense that coq10 would help this problem since it is a catalyst for energy production in the cells and coq10 is depleted with both age and statin drug usage. I took regular Coq10 for some time, and it did help. Then I was out of my usual brand, so I was in the store and picked up a bottle of Qunol. I was skeptical, but tried it anyway.
