Now I just use a big glass of water (which I need anyway) and it goes right down, followed by my pre-work coffee ritual.

Of course, I take a platelet thinner and try to be active. I am not sure what to attribute my continued good health to, but I assume the CoQ10 is playing a role. I will continue to take it daily.

I am a statin user and found that this product has helped me with joint pain that began after I started taking statins. I tried one or two brands before this that were less expensive, but found them to be less effective, because, I believe, of poor absorbtion. I try to offset the additional cost, by waiting for two for one drugstore deals whenever I can find them.

I have been taking this for a little over a month now, and I feel it gives you energy and you feel more alert. I don't have any negative side effects of it.
