This is more like prevention for future disease and I don't wanna take prescription medication as much as possible. Prescription medications don't really cure what you have, they just help with the symptoms and not to mention the side effects they give you. I don't mind taking pills as long as they are more on the natural side. I take CoQ10 particularly Qunol for years now together with garlic pills. They have been a part of me, of my everyday life, like food. The only thing negative about this is the price. It's a little bit pricey than other CoQ10 in the market but hey I guess this one works best. I always just tell myself whenever I buy my supplements, that this is my health and I have to invest on my health, because it gonna be cheaper in the long run.

It is amazing in its quick absorption into our systems and the excellent results we have experienced in our thinking processes. I have had better numbers since taking this product and even though the pill is a little large, I am able to swallow it without any problem. I think the product is a good value cost wise and I feel good taking it for my overall health.

However, after my blood analysis did show a lower level of the bad cholesterol -- with no other changes to my lifestyle -- I am taking it daily this year, hoping for even better results.

Upon research I found that in Canada when statins are prescribed the also prescribe Q10 automatically because the statins are bad for k or muscles especially the heart. After taking statin/Crestor faithfully for most of 2018, my cholesterol is down but so is my overall muscle tone! I read about Qunol and decided to give it a try.
