It helped my daughter with a health issue back then, and I have seen it work for other auto immune problems since then. I know it is especially good for the heart, but I have also been aware of the problem of absorption. I suffer from varicose veins (worse in my right leg) and this has made my legs feel much better. Since I began using it, my legs have felt really good. While the varicose veins are still there, they do not bulge like they used to and I have not had any of the heaviness in my legs like I had before, even during the heat of the summer. For that reason alone, I will continue to use this product.

I can't say whether it's equal to 3x ordinary CoQ, but it certainly is in the ballpark. I've been taking CoQ10 for a very long time, and three of these a day seems pretty much the same as 3-4 ordinary 200 mg CoQ gel caps.

I have noticed before when I ran out and I did not take it that day my energy levels were down. Also I use to get nose bleeds once in a while but when I take your product with vitamin K2 nose bleeds are not a problem. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After almost having a massive heart attack and a stent on three of my arteries. I was still not feeling up to doing much. I used to walk 2 to 3 miles a day but with this coronary artery dieses I just didn't have the energy to do anything and didn't feel well. My cardiologist recommended I take CoQ10 300 mg a day. I started with tablets. Than I started taking liquid Qunol Ultra CoQ10 100mg and I feel great, I'm back to walking again. I had stopped taking it for a while and I didn't feel as well as I did when I was taking it, my energy level just went down again. I started taking it again and I have been feeling a lot better, so will be taking it from now on. Thank you very much
