I have tried several brands of CoQ10 and never knew if I was receiving the benefits as I my muscle pain persisted. After 1 week of taking Qunol CoQ10, my muscle pain had diminished. After I exhausted my 3 month supply, I reverted back to another brand and my muscle pain returned. Since switching back to Qunol, I am again pain free. I took Provastatin for 5 years which depleted my CoQ to the point it robbed my joints to the extent they were sore to the point of having problems walking. Already better with no pain in my feet or knee at this point. I hope my hips will continue to improve in the next few months. Will review again.

It seems to work since my heart rate stays around 60 bpm. I just had a cholesterol test and there is none. There are no side effects that are noticeable.
