I use this as a daily supplement as a recommendation of my doctor for heart health. I feel more energy and consider this to be part of my overall health maintenance. Easy to digest and have experienced no negative side effects. This brand has worked well for me compared to a couple others I have used. Dr. OZ's presentation on the virtues of CoQ10 and the support of my doctors has been key in my decision to use CoQ10.

When I started taking CoQ10 I could hardly walk by the end of the day and was in a lot of pain. Within the first few doses I could tell a big difference. Now I take one in the morning and one at bedtime and hardly ever experience pain - unless I miss doses and then I can definitely tell. I strongly recommend this product. It has improved my life greatly to the better.

It's a large gel pill yes, but despite its size, it's very easy to swallow and digest. I will continue adding this supplement to my daily diet for the indefinite future!

Since it is a little high in price I stopped taking it to see if it was really worth the price. It does have a positive effect which I feel is worth the money. In the beginning used any and then switched to Qunol Ultra noticing a difference in stability without fluctuations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take 1 capsule per day for heart health. CoQ10 seems to help calm heart flutters/palpitations. Qunol brand is easily assimilated, I deducted 1 star because they are expensive and the caps are quite large to swallow.
