Out of many of the brands, it has the highest COQ10 per capsule, and the oil is not from farm raised, but wild. The only drawback is the coating, which is soy. If that could be changed, I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

I ran out and just hadn't thought about getting another bottle, but I noticed a difference. So you know what - I bought more. I'm not sure if it made a difference but my dr told me my cholesterol was a little high. So I did the diet and incorporated this into my daily regimen - I just wanted to try. Well my cholesterol did go down. It could be the combination of the diet and this product - but I don't want to take the chance. And since heart conditions are in my family history - I don't want to take the additional chance.
