When searching for the right product, the absorption was a major concern. The 3X better absorption than many other preparations was important to me. I have been taking statins to lower my cholesterol for years, and Co-Q10 was recommended for me to take every day as long as I am taking statins.

In case you re not aware, CoQ10 is an ingredient widely used in high priced face creams to fight lines, wrinkles and crows feet. However, the percentage is very small so you end up paying hundreds for mostly cream. DIY! Cut/ pierce the gel cap and squeeze into you favorite moisturizer. Be careful to limit your cream to abou 2-4 once's IOW give it a nice, healthy yellow tinge. After washing your face, dot your temples, cheeks, chin and nose, smooth, smile then take your daily dose of Qunol. Your day and heart are off to an incredibly healthy start!
