I'm 60 years old can curl 110 pounds with the long bar and bench 217 pounds for my age that is pretty good the doctor said. I didn't take this CoQ10 before and my gains was slow now more faster on how heavy I lift. The recovery is nice too it doesn't take as long for recovery. Began taking this product in lieu of another brand that I had been using. My Dr. had suggested that I take CoQ10 since there is heart disease in my family. Also I have done my own research and found that CoQ10 can be helpful for my age (60+). I feel that this product is easier on my digestive system and have had no side effects from the use.
