I seem to feel better when I take the Qunol brand C0Q10 when compared to other brands. I have tried the cheaper brands and doesn't seem to provide the same results. I will stick with Qunol! This reviewer received a sweepstakes entry for posting this review.

(I take no medications and never have) About three years ago I began feeling slightly sluggish and some mornings would rather just sleep in, instead of getting up and going. I'm an avid golfer and I started fatiguing around holes 13-14. About 18 months ago I started taking Qunol and that has been the only real lifestyle change and I have to say, I don't have as many of those mornings and 18 holes of golf now are no problem. My overall energy and stamina levels are definitely higher and I have no other reason to believe, it was the Qunol I started taking that accounted for this. It did take me about 6 months to see a difference, but I definitely see one now and Qunol will be a part of my daily supplement forever.

I believe it has helped me to have the good skin condition and helps me to look younger than I am, I tell people that I am 78 years old and they don't believe it. I w2ill continue to take it as long as I can afford to purchase it.

Today I was able to go for a long walk around a park for over an hour with the aid of a walker because my back has improved so much that I went for the longest walk I have had since 2017. My two daughters and all of my friends are amazed by my recovery. I am also. I thank my maker for the healing, along with the Turmeric.
