The problem was, I would get excruciating feet and ankle cramps from the medication. My doctor suggested I take Qunol Ultra CoQ10. I was skeptical, but I tried it. OMG what a difference it makes! I still get the occasional cramp here and there, but not every night like before.

If I can't absorb it then it is literally going down the drain and taking my money with it.
