She told me to try CoQ10....to give it about 6 weeks. I decided on Qunol brand because of the pharmaceutical grade. In less than 4 weeks I realized I had quit hurting.

Well, after a few years of taking fish oil, I started having pain in my toe joint. I developed gout. After doing some investigation, I found out that taking fish oil was the problem.
