Have used powdered Turmeric from Asian food stores and fresh Turmeric root (boy will your fingers become orange!). Wanted to try this because of more reliable purity and strength. My first blood labs taken after the start of Qunol were now in range. This continued for a long time. Then one day I ran out of Qunol and didn't bother to get any more. The next blood labs after stopping it, my cholesterol was high again. I immediately went back on it and have had good lipid levels since.
