I do take prescription meds for high cholesterol but adding this has helped. The doctor was the one that suggested using CoQ10. I do feel like I have more energy. I will continue taking this. I have now bought some for my husband.

We've continued taking CoQ10 for over 5 years. We ran out a week ago and I kept forgetting to get some. You just never know how much something helps you until you run out! Replenished our supply this evening with the large size. Our doctor told us this is the best brand to take because of superior absorption.

The gel caplets are easy for me to swallow and are water and fat soluble so they have been easy to digest. I take CoQ10 to counter the statin drugs I take for cholesterol. Great product!
