[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one per day as suggested.I had 2 major cancer operations in 1984, 2 heart attacks in 1991-92 and have been taking other brands of CoQ10 for long time but never really noticed any results and after reading statements I trust on Qunol Ultra CoQ10 I decided to try it and it didn't take me long to feel results. I'm almost 82 yrs old, no longer have to take couple naps each day or go to bed early and I'm absolutely positive this product has helped me a lot. I won't be running 8 miles per day (bad knee) but I feel it could be possible soon. and my blood pressure is always stable at 120/60 66 bpm, I'm 6'2" weigh 192 and work at my job every day.

Each jar contained a giant mass of pills and the get one out I have to shake like crazy to break one loose or us a knife to pry one off. It makes me wonder, if exposed to that much heat are they even still effective??

My doctor recommended COQ10 a year ago and taking that product with a revision in diet and eating raw garlic daily has resulted in significant weight loss, lowering of my Ldl scores, triglyceride readings and normalizing my blood pressure. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take CoQ10 to diffuse the impact of the statin I take understanding that it's role in this function is under debate. However, the primary reason I take it is to assist the function of mitochondria which are the main producers of cellular respiration, cell energy (ATP), calcium homeostasis, cell growth and death, oxidative radical regulation, nerve conduction, metabolism. Age diminishes the production of CoQ10. I will ONLY take a product that is easily metabolized and fully utilized and I believe this product meets this criteria.

I have been taking Ultra CoQ10 for about 6 years, on the recommendation of my primary care doctor. However, I seem to have good results, including more energy & better stamina when doing cardio exercise, with no big heart rate fluctuations that I seemed to have in the past. I am 62 and still running 5Ks, 10Ks & Mountain biking, so I am concerned with staying heart-healthy!

His dr told him to add this and he's much healthier along with a good diet, so based on his better health I started taking it too. I feel better and test results are better too.

I have been using Qunal for general heart health for about 3 years when my doctor told me I had high blood pressure and should go on blood pressure medication. I use Qunal in conjunction with another BP supplement and so far my blood pressure is under control. I can't attribute the success solely to Qunal, but the two products working together do a good job.

Some bothersome pains in my shins disappeared after 1 week taking the Ultra Qunol. As to the other joint pains I have, I don't know if they are being helped or not. I'll keep taking it for a while, at least, & see what happens.
