When I initially started I likened it to changing from a 4 cylinder car on regular gasoline to a souped up 8 cylinder on premium fuel. A definite difference in energy level, attitude, etc. I now buy 3 bottles at a time direct from the manufacturer.

Each jar contained a giant mass of pills and the get one out I have to shake like crazy to break one loose or us a knife to pry one off. It makes me wonder, if exposed to that much heat are they even still effective??

I started developing slight changes and one was shortness of breath. I went back to taking Qunol and slowly I am regaining strength. Since I am not in the medical field , I do try to keep up with things. I think Qunol is a top product and will continue to use it.

I feel much better physically and mentally knowing that I am treating my body with the necessary product.. When the hygienist would check my gums I would get between 3 and 5, but since started taking these Q10`s my highest count is a 3 and mostly 1 and 2. Also I feel more energy since taking these.
