I have found it easy to stay on a regimin and very seldom miss taking. At 77 I remain active as a hiker/walker and doing yard work. It is difficult to say how much each medication and supplement contributes, but Qunol CoQ10 is part of the set that has worked well for me.

I basically did my own research on the product as I had read that Lipitor depletes CoQ10, a healing agent in the body. I truly cannot say pro or con as I have not had any side effects nor am I aware of benefits of the product, but maybe my continued good health is testimony to the efficacy of same.
