When I go for my annual physical, my doctor reviews my meds and always asks if I'm still taking the CoQ10?.....Yes, I am Doc! I'm use to the results now since I've been taking it for awhile. But I did see a difference after a few months after I started taking it. Gonna keep taking it too; "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"!

I am also taking prescription blood pressure pills so that's why I'm not sure. But the readings seem to be lower. Since there is a chance it is helping or contributing to the lower rwadings I will continue taking Qunol.
