I felt it's effect within the first week of starting it. I have just turned 65 and feel it has given me more energy, which in turn, makes me feel 10 years younger.

at the advice of my pharmacist I'm taking Qunol because I take a statin. In reading the reviews it appears this product is as good as others thought there is a question about the claim of 3x's the absorption rate. It appears to dissolve for me with no problems. My doctor recommended that I start taking it soon after I started taking a statin for my cholesterol level. I wasn't taking Qunol, but when my sister asked me about CoQ10, she decided on Qunol. Shortly after, she remarked about how it made her feel better, so I switched to Qunol, and haven't looked back. What a difference!
