It seems to work since my heart rate stays around 60 bpm. I just had a cholesterol test and there is none. There are no side effects that are noticeable.

I gave up the statin awhile ago, but with a family history of heart problems, and advancing age, looked for the best form possible, and have discovered that Qunol is far more absorbable than ordinary COQ10. At my age, 90, I need all the protection I can get.

I start using Qunol CoQ10 for about 3 momths and my next Dr Visit my bp was 119/78 which is a big difference. So years latter and daily use my bp is consistantly 116-118/74-79.
