My blood pressure was high and I was taking statins for it. I started a CoQ10 regime and my statin lowered from 20 mg daily to 5 mgs. The only reason I take the 5 mg is because I am diabetic and my doctor wants to protect my kidneys. I just noticed that you have Turmeric as well so I will start that too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one Qunol every morning. It does seem to energize me a bit. I used other CO-Q10 products, but they weren't as good as Qunol. My only issue is the price. But then again, you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comparing Qunol CoQ10 to store brands shows that CoQ10 is superior in several ways. Qunol has better absorption. ( I would rather take one Qunol than three or more store brand caps. Qunol incorporates 150 units od vitamin E (This saves me money.) Qunol cost is similar to store brands. (Of three store brands, I found Qunol was a dollar more in one case and a dollr or so less than two brands. The benefits of Qunol is well worth the extra dollar for the more expensive store brand.
