If I ever run out, I can tell in just a day or two, because my symptoms will come back. This is an awesome product that I would recommend to anyone. And there are no side effects. I started taking Qunol for all the stated benefits, but one I was not expecting was a greatly enhanced regularity and ease of evacuation (sorry for you squeamish types, but this was such a strong and beneficial effect, I felt it should be noted somewhere and perhaps responded to to see if others noticed it too). It seems to collect all the waste in your colon, consolidate it into (mostly) a single mass, and lubricate the whole thing for a very clean release. Again, sorry to be somewhat graphic, but it had a tremendously positive effect on me in that way. In fact, it was the singe most noticeable effect of all, as other benefits are fairly long-term and thus somewhat hard to quantify. It's also unstated, so thought you might like to know.

I choose this product four months ago because it is 100 percent water and fat soluble , which is what one would look for to get the maximum absorption benefit from this type of product. Extra benefit is that I found that the capsule is very easy to swallow.
