I take Qunol Ultra CoQ10, 100 mg, every day so as to keep my body and mind as healthy as possible. I highly recommend this product.

When I first started taking them, my doctor suggested I look at taking a Co-Q10, I went to a local health food store, and asked the customer service staff. They recommended Qunol because it had better absorption. After I purchased it, I did my own homework and realized the benefits of Co-Q10 in general for statin users, and how much better Qunol is. Today I have it auto-shipped and I am sure to keep it in my system.

Since then, I have to find supplements that are fast to absorb, or that isn't much point. I was so excited to find Qunol! I can really feel the difference since I've been taking it.
